Redesign of a B2B analytics dashboard used by enterprise marketing teams. Focused on data clarity, workflow efficiency, and accessibility compliance.




THE PROBLEM
Skye Analytics had a product that enterprise clients consistently praised for its data depth, but the interface was struggling under the weight of its own capability. Power users had developed workarounds for common tasks. New users required extensive onboarding. The design had accumulated years of feature additions without a coherent underlying information architecture.




THE SOLUTION
We began with a full UX audit — mapping every task flow, identifying friction points through session recording analysis, and interviewing users across three enterprise clients. The redesign introduced a progressive disclosure model that showed new users a simplified interface while preserving full functionality for power users through a structured navigation system. A component-based design system was built to ensure future feature additions could be integrated without compromising the experience.
