We redesigned the onboarding flow from scratch based on drop-off data and qualitative interviews with users who had abandoned the process. Trust signals were introduced progressively — security badges, plain-language explanations of how data was used, and social proof from existing borrowers — at precisely the moments users were most likely to hesitate. The dashboard was rebuilt around financial clarity rather than product features.
