Bloom Cosmetics had grown rapidly through word of mouth but their digital presence hadn't kept pace. Their website was outdated, their visual identity was inconsistent across touchpoints, and they were losing potential customers to better-looking competitors at the exact moment Gen Z beauty consumers were shifting their purchasing online.
